     All tests are performed by experienced technicians and reviewed by our staff. Our department managers perform periodic spot-checks of testing procedures. Mr. Patrick A. Wheeler,
     President and General Manager, has over 27 years experience in project administration and general materials testing, with specific expertise in ready mix and asphaltic concrete and non-destructive metals testing.

Mr. David Wheeler,
     Vice President and Materials Testing Department Manager, has over 24 years experience in general materials testing with specific expertise in ready mix and asphaltic concrete.

Mr. Michael Johnson, P.E.,
     Vice President and Engineering Department Manager, has over 20 years experience in geotechnical studies.

Mr. Terry F. Wheeler,
     NDT Department Manager, has over 20 years experience in general materials testing, with specific expertise in non-destructive metals testing.
